As a welder-fabricator, you will be responsible for fabricating custom steel components according to engineering drawings and project specifications. This role requires experience in both MIG and TIG welding, as well as proficiency in the use of hand and power tools. You will work closely with other members of the fabrication team to ensure the highest levels of quality and precision in every component you produce.

As a structural steel drafter, you will use specialized software to produce detailed engineering drawings for custom steel components. This role requires a strong understanding of structural design and an ability to interpret engineering specifications and project requirements. You will work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure that every component is designed to meet the highest levels of strength, durability, and safety.

As an estimator, you will be responsible for creating accurate and competitive quotes for custom steel fabrication projects. This role requires a deep understanding of materials costs, labor costs, and project timelines, as well as an ability to interpret engineering drawings and project specifications. You will work closely with project managers and clients to ensure that every quote is tailored to their specific needs and requirements.

As a CNC operator, you will be responsible for operating computer-controlled cutting and drilling machines to produce custom steel components. This role requires experience with CNC programming and an ability to interpret engineering drawings and project specifications. You will work closely with other members of the fabrication team to ensure that every component is produced with precision and efficiency.

As a quality control inspector, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of custom steel components to ensure that they meet engineering specifications and quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of welding and fabrication techniques, as well as experience with visual and non-destructive testing (NDT). You will work closely with welders, fabricators, and project managers to ensure that every component meets the highest levels of quality and safety.

Effectively manages and coordinates all aspects of assigned projects from point of sale to completion of project. Demonstrate and utilize proper communication methods as required: written, verbal, graphic, in person, etc. Assistants should effectively support the Project Manager Department and coordinates all aspects of specifically assigned tasks and limited project responsibilities.
